The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Small Business Programs has contracted with RGF Consulting Corporation to provide FREE Federal Government Contracting Technical Assistance Training for Minority Serving Institutions (MSI) of Higher Education, and Minority Owned Small Businesses (SB).
